What a label-less bottle carries

On the bottle
Your brand embossed on the bottle. No label material, adhesive or printing ink.
On the cap
The QR code of the digital label and the net volume, printed on the cap.
Digital label
We set up and maintain the digital label page the QR code opens. You can add images or files introducing your organisation to it.
Material
Available in 100 per cent rPET, so one bottle can be both label-less and recycled.

The QR code on the cap

Six caps from label-less bottles we make. Each is printed with the QR code of its digital label and the net volume.

Made to Notification No. 462

  • Label-less bottles have had an explicit legal basis in Thailand since 12 December 2025.
  • The bottle or cap must carry at least four items: the food name or brand, the food serial number, the net volume, and a production, best-before or expiry date.
  • All other label information must be in a digital label on the cap, and it must be accessible at all times.

For your ESG report

A label-less bottle removes label material, adhesive and printing ink from the bottle. The Thai FDA says the change is intended to reduce waste from label materials and make plastic recycling less complicated.

Does P.A.S. Intergroup make label-less water bottles?
Yes. P.A.S. Intergroup is among the first producers in Thailand to make corporate-branded drinking water in label-less bottles with a digital label on the cap, at its own plant in Sam Phran, Nakhon Pathom.
Are label-less water bottles legal in Thailand?
Yes. Ministry of Public Health Notification No. 462 (2025) took effect on 12 December 2025. It allows bottled drinking water to show its label without label material and without printing ink on the container, except on the cap, provided the minimum details are on the container and a digital label is on the cap.
Can a label-less bottle be made of rPET?
Yes. One bottle can be both label-less and 100 per cent rPET, made with recycled resin from ENVICCO, part of the GC group.
Who maintains the digital label page the QR code opens?
P.A.S. Intergroup sets up and maintains the digital label page. An organisation can add images or files introducing itself to the page.
