What this website collects by itself
The website itself collects no personal data. It has no contact form, no accounts, no newsletter and no analytics. You can reach us by telephone, email or our LINE Official Account, all outside this website.
The one thing the site stores is your answer to the cookie banner. It is kept in your own browser (local storage) for up to 12 months and never sent to us or anyone else.
Google Ads cookies
We use the Google Ads tag, a piece of code supplied by Google, for two purposes only:
- measuring which of our advertisements led a visitor to click a telephone, email or LINE link on this site;
- remarketing, which means showing our advertisements to past visitors on Google and on other websites.
Google’s tag is part of every page of this site. Until you press Accept on the cookie banner, it sets no cookie and stores nothing in your browser. It does tell Google that a page was opened, sending the page’s address and your browser type without any cookie; Google says it shortens the IP address it receives. If you decline or ignore the banner, it stays that way. Cookies, the measuring of contacts and remarketing all rely on your consent under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).
Once you have accepted, Google receives:
- cookie identifiers;
- the advertisement click identifier, if you arrived from an advertisement;
- your IP address, and information about your browser and device;
- the pages you view on this site;
- the fact that you clicked a contact link, if you did.
The site does not send Google your name, telephone number or email address, or anything said in a call, email or LINE chat.
The tag sets cookies on this site’s own domain. Their names begin _gcl_, and the main two are:
| Cookie | Purpose | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|
_gcl_au |
Measurement and remarketing, as above | About 90 days |
_gcl_aw |
Measurement and remarketing, as above; set only if you arrived by clicking an advertisement | About 90 days |
The tag also keeps an entry named _gcl_ls in your browser’s local storage, for the same purposes. It is removed with the cookies if you decline.
Google may also set cookies on its own domains, as explained in How Google uses cookies.
Google processes this data on its own servers, which are outside Thailand. What we see is totals and reports in our Google Ads account, and we cannot identify an individual visitor from them.
You can read how Google uses data from sites that use its services in Google’s explanation, and control the advertisements Google shows you in My Ad Center.
The map on the contact page
Our contact page shows the factory’s location on an embedded Google map, which loads whatever your answer to the cookie banner. Google therefore receives your IP address and browser information for that request, and may set its own cookies.
Changing your choice
You can change your choice at any time: “Cookie settings”, at the foot of every page, reopens the banner.
If you accepted before and now decline, the site removes the Google Ads cookies and the local-storage entry that were set, and the tag goes back to setting none. Cookies held on Google’s own domains are cleared in your browser settings.
Declining changes nothing else: every page works the same.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Act, you may:
- withdraw your consent at any time;
- ask for access to, and a copy of, your personal data;
- have it corrected;
- have it erased;
- restrict or object to its use;
- ask for it in a portable form;
- complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee.
Send requests to sales@pas-intergroup.org.
